These terms govern your use of this website (tps-collective.com) operated by TPS Collective Inc. ("we", "us"). By using this site, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms. Booking, payment, cancellation, and delivery terms for our photo service, Tetty's Photo Studio, are set out not in these terms but in the Legal Notice on the booking site: https://book.tettyphotostudio.com/legal/commercial-transaction
2. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photographs, video, logos, and design — belongs to us or its rightful owners. It may not be reproduced, republished, modified, or redistributed without permission.
3. Prohibited conduct
When using this site you must not (1) infringe the rights of us or any third party, (2) interfere with the operation of this site, (3) violate any law, including through unauthorized access, or (4) engage in any other conduct we reasonably deem inappropriate.
4. Disclaimer
We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content on this site, which may be changed or removed without notice. We are liable for damages arising from the use of this site that are caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence. Where our negligence is not gross, our liability is limited to 10,000 Japanese yen.

Our booking site (book.tettyphotostudio.com) is also operated by us; see its Legal Notice and Privacy Policy for the terms that apply there. Other external sites linked from this site, such as social media, are managed by their respective operators, and we are not responsible for their content.
6. Changes
We may revise these terms as needed. Before a revision takes effect, we will post on this site a notice that the terms will change, the revised terms, and the date they take effect. The revised terms take effect on that date.
7. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to this site.
