1. Overview
TPS Collective Inc. ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website (tps-collective.com, the "Site") appropriately and in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and other applicable laws. Personal information collected through our photo booking service, Tetty's Photo Studio (book.tettyphotostudio.com), is handled under that site's own Privacy Policy (see section 9).
2. Information we collect
(1) Through our contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional), inquiry type, and message, as entered by you. (2) If you email us directly: the information contained in your email, such as your name, email address, and message. (3) When you view the Site: our hosting provider's servers automatically record connection data such as your IP address, the pages you viewed, your browser type, and the time of access.
3. How we use it
We use the information above to (1) respond to your inquiry and contact you, (2) prepare estimates and proposals, (3) review and respond to applications to join our team, (4) improve our services, and (5) operate the Site and investigate errors or unauthorized access (connection data). We do not use it for any other purpose.
4. Third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
5. External services and processing outside Japan
The Site uses the following external services. Information is sent to and stored by these services and is processed outside Japan. By sending the contact form or emailing us, you agree to your information being provided to the providers outside Japan listed below. - Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States): hosts the Site. Connection data is recorded here. What it does to protect personal information: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-notice - FormSubmit (Devro LABS): forwards contact form submissions to our mailbox by email. Because your browser sends the form directly to FormSubmit, FormSubmit also receives your IP address and browser information. FormSubmit states that it keeps submissions for 30 days. Its operator does not publish the country where it is based or where it stores information, so we cannot identify the country where the information is handled. What it does to protect personal information: https://formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf - Google Workspace (Google LLC, United States): our email. Inquiries sent through the form or by email are received and stored in our mailbox here. What it does to protect personal information: https://policies.google.com/privacy - Supabase (Supabase Inc.): stores our blog posts only. Your inquiries and information about your visit are not sent to it. 6. Cookies & analytics
The Site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools. If we introduce them in the future, we will update this policy and announce it on the Site.
7. Requests about your personal information
If you ask us to notify you of the purpose of use of, disclose, correct, add to, delete, stop using, erase, or stop providing to third parties the personal data we hold about you, we will respond in accordance with applicable law after verifying your identity. Please contact us at the address in section 11.
8. Security measures
We take the following measures to keep the personal data we hold safe. (1) Policy: we handle personal information under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan, other applicable laws and this policy, and take questions and complaints at the contact in section 11. (2) Organization: our directors are responsible for how personal data is handled. If personal data is leaked, lost or damaged, it is reported to them, and we report to the authorities and notify the people affected as the law requires. (3) People: only the directors and staff who need to answer an inquiry see it. (4) Physical: inquiries are kept in a mailbox that needs a sign-in, and are not left where people outside the team can see them. (5) Technical: our Google accounts require two-step verification. Connections to the Site are encrypted. (6) Outside Japan: some of the external services handle information in the United States. We handle it knowing how personal information is protected there (see section 5).
9. Photo bookings (Tetty's Photo Studio)
Our photo booking service, Tetty's Photo Studio, is also operated by us. Personal information you provide when booking or paying on book.tettyphotostudio.com is handled under the booking site's Privacy Policy: https://book.tettyphotostudio.com/privacy
10. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as needed. Material changes will be announced on this site.
