Introducing TPS Staff

A great photoshoot looks effortless. Someone meets you at the right corner of Shibuya at the right time, already knows your plan, shoots with confidence, and a few days later the photos simply arrive. None of that is luck. It is operations — and we just gave ours a serious upgrade.

Today we are happy to share that TPS Staff, our internal iOS app for the team behind Tetty's Photo Studio and TPS Collective, is officially live.

Why we built TPS Staff

With more than a hundred bookings every month, the work behind each shoot adds up quickly: assigning the right photographer, confirming details with guests, handling payments and refunds, and making sure everyone gets paid correctly at the end of the month.

We could have kept juggling spreadsheets and chat threads. Instead, we did what we ask our clients to trust us with every day — we designed and built the tool ourselves. TPS Staff exists because we care about every detail of the experience, including the ones our guests never see.

None of this is visible to our guests — and that is exactly the point. Faster confirmations, fewer mistakes, smoother handoffs between team members: the quieter our operations become, the more the experience feels the way it should. You book, you show up, you enjoy the shoot. We handle the rest.

Supporting our photographers

TPS Staff is just as much for our photographers as for our managers. Assignments are clear, schedules are visible, and monthly payouts are transparent. When the people behind the camera can focus on the craft instead of the admin, the photos show it.

Security and controlled access

Because the app touches booking details and guest contact information, access is strictly controlled. TPS Staff is not a public app: it is distributed as an unlisted app on the App Store, and only approved staff accounts can sign in. Our guests book through our booking site as always — this tool is for the team that serves them.

What comes next

This release is a foundation, not a finish line. We will keep refining TPS Staff alongside our booking experience — the same way we approach every product we build, for ourselves and for our clients.
